Returns

If you are unhappy with your items and would like to return any items, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange for goods still in their original packaging and entirely re-saleable condition within 14 days of delivery. After these 14 days we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To return an item, please notify us in writing by email, and we will respond within 1-3 business days to confirm your refund. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned later than 14 days after delivery will not qualify for a refund.

Upon return, you are responsible for wrapping the goods securely, preferably using the original packaging. You hold the risk of the goods as of delivery and are responsible for the arrival of the package to the studio. We recommend using track and trace so that you may follow the shipment. The customer must pay postage as well as any other expenses in relation to returning items. Please be aware that some carriers charge a fine if the package is not picked up. If you request an approved refund, we will credit the cost of your item, excluding the delivery cost.

Please note all wreaths and garlands are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged Goods

Upon delivery of your goods, you are responsible for inspecting each item. If any contents arrive damaged, please contact us at studio@vervainflowers.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph/s of the item/s that are damaged. After this period, Vervain cannot be held responsible for goods no longer in our care. At our discretion, we will then issue a refund to the customer minus the cost of delivery unless the damaged item is the only item, or if all things are broken, a refund for the delivery price will also be included.

Refunds

We refund the amount without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from receiving the goods. Vervain retains the right to withhold the refund to the customer until the refunded items have been delivered. We will complete the refund via the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction. In any case, you will not be charged any fees due to the refund.

You are only liable for any possible decrease of the items’ value caused by the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to determine the character and features of the goods and how they work. You may examine the goods in the same way as one can and may in a physical store, but you may not start using them, e.g. by removing any stickers or hang tags. If you have used the goods in a way that we deem not to be permitted in a physical store, meaning that we cannot resell the item or sell it at the total price again, you must expect us to deduct the decrease in value from your refund. We will not refund your purchase if the goods no longer have market value. Lacking original packing may constitute a decrease in value, so to be sure to get a full refund, it is recommended to return the goods in the original packaging.
